Kitchen Composter Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is a free prize draw, which is open to anyone who registers with the Big Green Switch website and enters the draw here.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. THE PRIZE: A Kitchen Composter Kit.
4. There is no alternative to the prize offered. Images used to promote the free prize draw are for illustration only.
5. The prize draw is only open to people aged 18 or over, resident in mainland Britain except employees of Associated Northcliffe Digital, their families, agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
6. Entries are limited to one entry per person.
7. The closing date for entries is 11pm on Monday 22nd September 2008. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random on Tuesday 23rd September 2008 and the winner will be notified by email. The winner will have 7 days from the date the email notification is sent to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed after this time, another draw will take place and an alternate winner will be selected. An independent person will supervise the Prize Draw(s).
8. In the event of the winner being unable to accept the prize, upon agreement from Big Green Switch, he/she can nominate a family member or partner to accept the prize on their behalf providing they are aged 18 or over.
9. The prizes will be posted to the prizewinner at an address of their choice (UK only).
10. By entering the prize draw the prizewinner agrees to partake in any promotional activities relating to the promotion requested by Big Green Switch for a period upto 12 months after. The winner may be requested to have their photographs taken for press or promotion purposes. In addition, the prizewinner's name and location will appear on the big green Switch website in the following example format: "John H from Birmingham".

14. Big Green Switch reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control. There is no cash alternative to this prize. The prize is subject to availability and change.
