Time Computers Cashback

I bought a Time computer about 4 years ago & to enable me to get it on interest free for 3 years I took out a 5 year cashback plan for £500 that at the end of the 5 years if I didn't contact the Helpdesk more than once a year concerning a problem I encountered then I could get my £500 back. Obviously I haven't used the service to ensure I would get my £500 back & then the company go bust! Anyone in the same boat or know what my rights are - I assume their helpdesk service & cashback agreement are still part of the same company and I've lost my £500?

As the cashback element MIGHT have been itemised, as part of the finance agreement, you SHOULD have a claim against the finance company.

Well worth checking the terms of your paperwork & contacting the finance people direct.
