Any tips to help me brake this vicious circle, I've done all the obvious, intrest free cards and what not, I live as cheap a life as possible, but still I seem to struggle...

A lot of things have got more expensive, tax especially the 10p f^ckwittedness, fuel, petrol/diesel, food, rents in some areas while salaries near static... it could be that you are just keeping above water because of this rather than being increasingly in the poo... however all the obvious such as interest free cards is vague, try an SoA if you are brave...0 -
When buying use cash rather than card, this method will make you question yourself if you have enough cash on you, also ask yourself, do you need it, or do you want it, if you need it buy it, if you want it, well, that's your choice to make.
Good luck, it's not easy I know.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -
