Observer Viewfinder Comp
The prize is a Sony Cyber-shot W170, worth £210.
This Mediterranean resort is a sailing paradise, with the largest yachting harbour in Europe. The town was the only one on this stretch of coastline to be protected by ramparts (which now form part of the Modern Art museum). Festivals punctuate the calendar, with the legendary jazz festival the most famous. Name the resort.
Answer - Antibes (if you want to be ultra-precise, Antibes Juan-les-Pins)
Email answers to viewfinder@observer.co.uk with your address and phone number by Wednesday. (Alternatively, send a postcard to Viewfinder, The Observer, 3-7 Herbal Hill, London, EC1R 5EJ.)
Good luck.

For email comps that don't state a subject title I wonder if they expect the answer in the Subject Title? I usually just put something like Viewfinder Competition Entry in the subject title and the answer in the main body of the email. What do others do?
I am having a dry month so starting to wonder if my entries are being binned!0 -
I tend to put "This week's competition". The email addy is specific to the comp so they should look at all the entries, and there are no further instructions in the paper.
