    Just another thought and this could be complete nonsense and not worth another thought.

    I've just re-read your posts and noticed you've already said you can't afford the interest element. Therefore, the judge is likely to grant the possession order, which means you have until November realistically. I would certainly get that delayed to buy a bit of time if at all possible.

    What you don't mention is whether there is any equity in the property.

    If there is significant equity you could hijack the whole process by slapping the house in to auction with a sitting tenant. Obviously, it depends on the numbers but if you can pay a realistic rent which would make the idea attractive to an investor it might just work. It would also be quick and make the repossession irrelevant.

    As I said though it could all be me spouting nonsense if there's no equity.

    Hi theres no equity really but the house is on the market which will cover the mortgage etc, as i dont know what the future holds i dont suppose the judge will give me a chance to get back to work soon, i just really dont need this right now.
