snowball calculator

I have been on 'whats the cost' snowball calculator and I cant get it to work. has anybody else had any trouble? I must be doing something wrong but i dont know what:confused:

    i fill the boxes ( i have 4 CC debts) put them in with relevent apr how much i can pay etc as it says and press calculate and it says your debt will be paid off in 0 months with 0 interest etc! and the chart where it should show the monthly payments is empty:confused:

    Are you putting in the minimum percentage that is required to pay it off each month (or the minimum amount ie. £5 or 2.5%)

    Have you filled in the top box with how many debts and how much you are wanting to pay towards your debts in total a month?

    yes have done that but havent filled in minimum payment - maybe thats it thanks will try it again and post how I get on
