Broken Hearted, if every thing was fair, then banks would not rip us off in the first place,and also the law is there, up to govt to change it but now im going BR thanks to the Govt having spent five years getting debts down from £80k to £15k and should have cleared buy Feb the HMRC comes bulldozing in with a truly stupid sum, so five years effort for nothing really, so i dont judge either way.0
