I've lost the plot (again) with OS... been very tired & down lately, didnt have energy, and let everything slide. The elect has gone up again to where it was and we have pigged on far too much food.
PLEASE nice kind ladies
give me a few ideas/menus so I can print them off and have a LIST and stick to it for a few days until I get my head sorted
I have pasta; stew; mince; eggs; chicken portions; bacon; potatoes; cheese; rice, frozen veg; and a reasonable store of herbs/seasoning/stock cubes. I don't really want to eat too much meat because we've had far too much and the stock has gone down fast.
Any ideas gratefully received !

Some great ideas there.
Plus you could use the frozen veg + stock to make a veg soup. Filling, cheap and super healthy plus you could batch cook so it's there for quick lunches.
Cheesy bacon-y potato wedges?
Omelette or scrambled egg on toast?
Veggie pasta?
