Hi,
I have got some bread dough being 'made' in my breadmaker at the mo.....setting last for 1 1/2hrs....i plan to turn it into a breadtin and bake in the oven (using freash yeast).....
My question is.....do i need to let it rise again once i have put it in the tin before baking it?
thanks

Most breadmakers have a dough setting - is this what you're using? If so then tip it out when finished, give it a quick knead, put in tin, make rolls or whatever and leave to rise until double in size. Quicker in a warm place.
So ... yes!0 -
