I've just found this site and have to say I love it! Basically you sign up (free) and then you can input your collection of books into it by ISBN or Author or Title. You can create shelve of books, rate and review what you've read etc etc.
You can see reviews of books and look at what other people are reading.
It's also poss to download your list into a csv file to use in Excel.
