How to find out what compilations a song appears on

Does anyone know of a site where you can enter the name of a track and/or artist and you get a list of the compilation albums on which they appear?
I guess an artist discography site may have this information but wondered if there is a central site that holds these details?

There is the www.gracenote.com database, which is pretty comprehensive, and searchable
On the website, it states current catalog has 4,190,980 CDs and 53,566,807 Songs!People are more important than things0 -
also have a look at https://www.hmv.co.uk they have a very good search engine0
