Asda credit card/free delivery query

Normally I use codes off of here but Ive now got the Asda credit card. Submitted my first order last night but although its states on it thats its paid with the Asda card ant its over the £99 even after bogofs it still includes and shows a delivery charge of £5. Anyone her got one and know if they deduct it and how you get the free delivery they state you get using their card on orders over £99?
Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults
