thanks alot for ur advice in incisor - i have just paid off a big bill for like 430 as the interest was really silly so i think thats why i have had such a crap month. i have my sky plus an a wii with wii fit board so looks like im just gonna stay in (no nights out or silly spending) for a while an i should be back on track

well done you for trying to clear it. could you get a 0% credit card to pay it all off then pay the card off, paying as high amount as possible every month. cut the card up after you've transfered though, don't use it again.

Your biggest problem is the crucifying interest on your cards. My first question is whether your mum and dad might lend you the money to pay them off if they can see you're taking this seriously. You could offer to pay them interest if you want to put it on a proper footing.
If no, what rate are you paying on your overdraft? It might be worth paying off some of your cards with your overdraft if you can up it a little.
And another question is about the holiday money - this would be a big chunk to throw at you debts
Finally I was going to do the standard and ask if you have anything worth ebaying or selling on?
I think you're right tackling this before it gets any worse.
Oh and PS for that extra spending it's worth starting to keep a spending diary to see where your money goes - it's amazing how all those fiddly purchases add up.0 -
