Thinking about becoming a courier!!!

Do you know of any sites that I can subcontract to? I have been on courier exchange! Any others ? Any couriers out there that have made it and can help me?

Do I need special insurance?

I have spoken to a friend who mentioned about insuring the items that I carry and extending my motor insurance to inc business use

At the moment I am just using a car but I was thinking about getting a little van

Any recommendations?

I saw a thread on here somewere regarding couriers, it was only a few days ago but dont seem to be able to find it for you,

i remmember it had some good links on it for companys like dhl i will keep looking tho

Given the price of fuel now I would think this is the last business to be in, if the big companies like Amtrak and City Link can't make a go of it what chance have you? Sorry to be so negative, Pete.
