Moozie/Pap's What have you spent today? 23/08/08

Looked around the boards and couldn't see any posting of this :confused:. Haven't been around for a few weeks, so not sure if anyone posts it anymore. I felt that this thread really helped curbed my spending and made me realise what i actually spent each day!

Does the weekly spending challenge still happen too?

Anyway, what have you all spent today?

Me:

* Cigs :mad: - £2.45
* Snacks - £2.00

Total = £4.45

Don't think i'm going out tonight so that shall be my total spend for today.

    *Nods* Thanks for starting the thread babes21, had a look earlier and couldn't find it - the people who usually start it - PaP/Rog/Mickey/Kizzy must be busy!

    Today I popped into ASDA and spent £1.02 on reduced items for dinner. Unlike Ivan Konstantinov I have finished my spending for the day - staying in tonight to watch TV and surf the web. Aren't I the life and soul! ;) But I'm happy that it's been a low spends day. Anyway, hope everyone has a nice evening x

    £1.10 on newspapers, and £2.50 on a programme at the football (not missed one in 10 years and don't intend starting).

    But, as I was visiting family, I had last night's dinner, breakfast, lunch all provided by someone else. A relatively cheap day.
    Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
