ok - this is my first competition post so be gentle with me. I have searched the date, the prize and the magazine and it doesn't seem to be here yet... Here goes:

Knock Castle Hotel and Spa in Crieff is Perthshire's newest luxury spa. It offers the star spa treatment for day or overnight packages.
The extensive facilities include a state of the art gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steamroom, 12 treatments rooms, fine dining restaurant, residents cinema and individually styled bedrooms.
The spa itself features over 21 Phytomer spa treatments from hot stones to Thai foot massage through to seaweed wrap with treatments for both men and women. Each guest has a personal consultation on arrival to match the best treatments to their requirements. New to the spa is the revolutionary Velashape toning machine from America. Velashape resculpts the body, reduces cellulite and achieves toning to make you feel more youthful and contoured.
The prize is worth £1200 and includes six sessions worth £200 each on the new state-of-the-art velashape, and after that many sessions it may reduce fat layers, circumference and the appearance of cellulite! Knock Castle is one of only a handful of spas in Scotland featuring the treatment, which is normally worth £200 per session.

LMB: 2005 and got rid of £80k debt in 4 years (including getting mortgage down to 38k)
