I have an endowment policy from 1990 with Standard life. I'm still paying it although I have now changed my mortgage. I have had letters from them to say there will be a short fall, do I want to top it up, which I can't afford. So i've just continued paying it. Can i claim for being mis-sold the policy. And also should i cash it in after 'cause I've 2 children at uni and money it tight. I'm also claiming for bank charges keeping my fingers crossed. Help anyone please:o
