I liked Amtrak, they were genuinely good couriers, the rest are shoddy.

Yes that is what i meant to say Amtrak. I agree they gave a very good service the others we had where poor.

Amtrak has handed it's customer list to Business Post, and some of Amtraks website is now Business Post Branded.

I never had any real problems with the Amtrack side of the Kleeneze business, City Link were less than useless in my experience.

I would imagine that more charges are on the way on top of the £1.25 Fuel Surcharge, I can't imagine anyone beating the deal Kleeneze had with Amtrack.
Parcel Force were known for being a little more expensive in the past than standard independant couriers.

The service should be a lot better than City Link, but I imagine there will be a price to pay for it...next few weeks will tell!

We had an e-mail From Kleneze yesterday about the change over it didnt sound to convincing. I have an order coming on Friday i will let you know if it gets here and if all of the parcels arive and no split deliveries.

As i suspected my order did not arive i phoned Kleeneze at 5.30 and i was told that all deliveries are running 24 hours behind schedule, and that my order will be here on Monday. I asked why we where not informed by phone or e-mail about this they claim they have only been informed about this at 5.10. I suspect we will be having these problems for a while yet.
