Marlin Recoveries Non Compliant Cca? C/o Request!!

Hello
I have recently been fighting with Marlin Recoveries who appear to be collecting a Marbles Card debt on behalf of someone called Phoenix Group who seem to be buying HFC debts en masse.
Marlin sent the usual threats of going for forthwith CCJ's and C/O's and because the amount they were asking for was so different to what I expected and also that I had no record of a default on the account, Payplan advised that I request the CCA.
In my letter I asked for the agreement, statement of account and a copy of any action or charges made on the account. They have responded simply with a stack of statements - is this compliant or not? I am aware that the new ruling on credit cards means that things are different now but I am sure they have to supply more than that. If so, is there a template I can use as they are now threatening CO's again....
Many Thanks xx
