    Placed items in my basket as normal clicked on to the voucher code before checkout and i had been awarded a dettol competition winner and had £75 taken off my shop. I have 2 accounts with them and there is one in each !! *pats back pocket twice*

    They will not honour it. I rang up to get the definite info on this.. The person I spoke to spoke to colleagues and the manager there and she basically came back and said since its a computer error and I did not genuinely win the £75 voucher they will not be honouring it. Not only that they would charge me the full price.. After a while of telling her they cannot legally do that as I didn't agree to pay full price she went to the manager who said all the orders will be cancelled who use that code. So if you need your shopping I would remove it. I am extremely stressed I honestly thought I won when I did my shop earlier. I will never shop there again as this is no computer error I reckon this is a ploy to get people to spend over £75 of shopping so they can charge you full price.
