where to buy cheap own brand wash up liquid

  • At work someone buys the normal Tesco branded washing up liquid (for everyone to share) and then decants it into about 4 or 5 bottles. She tops them all up with water.

At work most people just squirt a bit of liquid in their cup and the concentrated stuff is a waste. It seems to works ok and the bottle she buys lasts much longer and costs less.

I tried this with the hand wash at home as I have an over eager 5 year old, when it comes to the soap, but the OH complained it was all watery. :rotfl: :rotfl: Gonna try again but use less water this time.

  • I fouind some in Co-op at 18p per litre bottle. Cant find them anywhere else though-the value ranges are disappearing I fear.

I do the same BUT put only a small amount of each into a pump type container, Then you 'Just' shake it up so that the liquid bubbles up...

Making the liquid that comes out REALLY smooth and easier to wash with ??

I think the ratio is something like one SMALL squirt of water and 3 pumps of handwash ?? Which actually lasts for a LONG time ?!
