Zest is a magazine, think its like a health mag.
I have no idea what carotino oil is can't say i've ever seen it, but might try for the book and find out,

Anyone know how much Zest magazine is?

Carotino is a cooking oil you can use to stir-fry etc. It's very good actually, though it can give things a slightly orange tint.....

It's a fantastic oil for frying, I've using it for about 2 years now. It akes everything a nice colour is a more healthier oil if you like fryed foods, and it tastes really good too.

Just used the link listed on another post to get into the site and order my free recipe book. Recipes look lush and oil seems to be exceptionally healthy and environmetally ethical according to the web site.

Red palm oil is good stuff. As others have said it's got a good taste & is pretty healthy.

My girlfriend's Brasilian and it's used extensively in Brasilian cooking - look up Feijoada.

Fantastic! I'll soon have some recipes to fully try out my free bottle of Carotino oil. I still can't believe it was a 500ml bottle that Zest were giving away and there was an offer of a free pamper session on the neck of the bottle :T.
