  • I filled this in a couple of months ago & haven't received it yet. Shame as it was going to be a personal present for my mum
  • we ordered a bear earlier this year and it arrived about 6 weeks later, we did have our company name on it tho (and speaking to lisa and the company she said they do try to reasearch your company to make sure your ligit and not just trying to claim a free bear)
My brother did this too but wanted his sons name on it and after months of waiting he emailed them and they replied that the would not be sending it out to him because of this.

I waited for mine for a while and decided to take steps of contacting them by phone and explained that I still had not got my "free sample".

I was told they wont send them out to the poeple that had registered for the free sample on the website due to the thousands of requests they had got.

I called them and had mine within 24 hours after a 2 minute call to say that I would be interested in placing a larger order(in which I will be doing) for my entertainments company.

They are great bears and it is well worth contacting them by phone to claim yours!!

I will get a piccie ofmine put on the page if i can so you can all see!!

Thank you. I've just ordered the bear. Actually had to do it twice as I forgot to enter 'FREE SAMPLE'

I just recieved mine today, it is so cute and the kids will love it. I did have to call them up though and he said they had over 8000 replies via the website so he took my details over the phone and i recieved it the next day. This is just for business's though so if you have done one with someones name on it he had it would be rejected

I ordered one for my partners company as we were thinking of sending them to suppliers for Christmas gifts. Still haven't received the free sample so I've emailed them today after reading what was said on here so hope to receive it soon. Thought it was a bit different from the usual mugs and mouse mats!
