Hey all, am new to this thread. Trying to make some sense of all the goings on here !!
Definitely planning a trip to boots tomorrow though after picking up a magazine today !!
Just a quick question, what size are we supposed to print the mitchum voucher at? or does it not make a difference? Only its coming up A4 size when i load the page??
Thanks in advance, keep up the good work !! xx
    hiya,
if you can shrink the pic so you get 4 to an a4 page is good. Also you might want to crop the picture off and just use the bottom bit with the barcode can get 8 to a page then.
ah also just thought-have you checked the first page and clicked on broclo's link from there?

    Had a funny day today.

Bought 3 mitchums used 3 50% off vouchers, they scanned a treat. cost 45p but no till spits/pinkys?

I bought no7 eyeshadow, nail varnish, and the new autumn pallette, used the pinkys and did in seperate transactions but 250 pointers from gwp would not scan at all. (tried scanning them first and still beeped so nothing to do with payment method) SA wouldnt add as said couldnt be used in conjuction with any other offer.

Tried the nappies again and got point blank refused, told it was strictly one per pack and couldn't use any if buying 3 as 3 for 2 is on offer and they are not to be used in conjuction with any other offer.

I think the Aberdeen staff must have been told to crack down on the coupons.

There was no time delay under a £7, no TS long hair at except a couple of lone measly cheaper products. The only thing I could use facial till spits on were the sanctuary wipes.
  • Hiya all!!

Just a quick question:- if i buy 3 Mitchums (the ones that cost £1.65) will this qualify me for the no7/tillspit??? (I can remember reading this on the other/this thread but not 100% sure - as the till thinks you've 'spent more'??)

NB :- do the new 'cleaned' 50% off mitchums(6 barcodes on a page)ones that broclo kindly provided the link for work without bleeps??

Would be grateful for any replies/confirmation etc THANKS!!XX

  • Is it an oil based one? (shake to wake ifkwim?) If it is i can't stand them. If not, i'll give it a bash :)

I currently use Clarins Gentle Eye make up remover and think its amazing. So gentle like water but tough on makeup. Also has added conditioners in for those lashes - gotta keep em nice and long eh mrs BB/Pash? :D:D

PS: What do peeps find is the best 'natual looking' gradual tan moisturiser out there? Johnsons holiday skin? Dove? N7 etc. Cheers for any advice/experiences of them. :)

    xx

ive tried many of the gradual tan,as my skintones pale some of them can give the orange ive been tango'd look - which is not a good look. but the loreal one is amazing, not orange or streaky.i picked some more up on clearance last week for £2 so its worth a look as its usually about £7, hope this helps SK!

Ah, sorry sk, it IS an oil-based one and you do have to give it a little shake because it seperates in the bottle slightly. I find I have to use the oil-based ones because I use a lot of eye make-up ;)

Re the gradual tan - personally I like the Dove one the best.... never really got on with the Johnsons one (and didn't like the smell!) :)

Think so, gift vouchers are counted as cash by the tills, you could buy 2 top ups of £5 each and get 2 lots of vouchers. Ie buy one for £5, SA will give you £5 on a Boots card, go to another till and buy another £5 top-up ;);)
