Does anyone know if there is a good foundation/make up primer i can get from Boots - preferably on offer but if not i have got a fair few points saved up. Did try and have a look round Southampton after my interview this afternoon but didn't see anything in any off the make up ranges.

hi-I had the same dillema this week and recommend maybelline silky stay foundation-It's A 2 IN 1 foundation and primer/extender .The pump type tube lets you use one or the other so you have the choice to mix it or use with any other foundation or use it alone.I've tried no7s primer but it wasn't very good.If your local sells benefit then you could go for benefit that gal but it is double the price of maybelline.

  • I have had a right Bootsing day today! Went to 3 stores.

First one I was cheeky and got the No7 eye and lip shimmer x 2 and the sun locks things No7 x2. They were not half price but were BOGOF. I cheekily took the free GWP bag with me and said to the assistant can I use two vouchers at the same time. 1 pinky and the other a No7 till spit (as they do them at my store), she said no but went and asked the No7 manager who said put them through seperately but let me have the free bag!!!! So paid about £2.50 for all 4 items and free bag. Also got 2 lots of the Lynx for £4.

Second Store I got 3 x bottles of Time Delay Body Body Smoother (old packaging) which were £1.75 each. The old witch SA said have you got 3 vouchers as you can only use one for each, I said no I have bought three items at the other bots with a voucher, so to try and prove a point she said "watch I will show you" she scanned all three and said "look.....25p to pay. ROTFL. She then tried to say she thought I wanted to use three tokens at once. Ha Ha Ha

Last Sore I got 2 x TS Serum
2x other TS products so 2p for these.
Then 2 x the No 7 lip and eye shimmer thinks - still not half price.
Tried using the 500 points when buying 2 p and p products but wouldn't work!!
Has anyone had success with these 500 points - should I have gave the 500 point voucher off first? then the pinky?
Also has anyone used the pinkies off the R&M half price stuff? I tried to get the lips pallete which was half price at £6 and the voucher would not go through?

My life is gonna be so boring when this offer is over. Hope they have lots of other glitches next month!!!

They reduced them to £2 at my local last week -I bought one but haven't tried it yet.The sa complained when I paid that they never get informed of such bargains.
I haven't tried it because I hid the bag from dh and now can't remember where I put it.
