Is it wrong that I want to drive 90 miles to store with self scan just so I can womble vouchers?

I also find that if there are baskets at the exit/ entrance of the store, people will leave their vouchers there on their way out. So no need to drive 90 miles!!

London stores are good for this, since there are lots of tourists there and they just leave the vouchers inside the store. When I used to shop there, I was many times tempted to volunteer my card when tourists say they don't have a card to earn points!! Too shy for that.

My usual suggestion, given that this is such a good offer, is to buy topups!! I find that pay as you go, as long as you can buy it in Boots is better than contract, since you always get points, and during these offers you can topup for the following 3 months and get loads of freebies.

But bluetimone97, I know what you mean. When I discovered this thread last year and started bootsing, I used to go to 5 boots stores in London in a 2 day period just for bargain hunting!! That was what someone once called BOCB Boots-obsessive-compulsive-behaviour.

 Hi everyone - have found a store at last that does the TS Long Hair range so managed to do 2 x transactions today (will do a couple more tomorrow).

Also got the reduced men's Ted Baker bags x 2 for 3.75 eachhero.jpgNo TD wipes to be had so treated OH to some mens balm and got the 200 points for free item too.

Used a couple of pinkies on eyeshadows but will have to look at the eye gel after seeing mrsbluebears fab pics.

No 7 suncare on BOGOF and half price so 2 x lip and eye sticks for 2.88 and also 2 x hair spritz for 2.88.

Also managing to get 2 x (various spf) sun creams for 6.00 and use pinkie so only £1 to pay.

Quite pleased with by Boots 'fix' as was only one small Boots on hols so missed it.:o

The lovely ted baker bag, was it in the men's toiletries section?

In the toilet bags section (ladies) I've only seen the berries bags reduced by.... hold and behold ... £0.50!! Yep, they were feeling really generous.

Sorry to say but all this Ted Baker range was half price a few weeks ago.
Actually got this one with my points as well as the one with the handles. They put them back up to full price after about a week or so. The good news is there is a new range out in them (and it's gorgeous) so may be reducing them soon.

  • Is definitely worth a try - the smaller ones showed full price on SEL the whole time and so never sold out.
