Your phone contract should be ok & allowed as long as its not too high & your not in debt with the provider......many members here have kept mobile contracts without problems while bankrupt

How do you pay your mum board? cash or cheque? the OR will see regular ammounts coming from your bank accounts they shouldnt really question what you put unless they think your trying to pull the wool over their eyes

I havent paid anything for a few months cos i havent been able to afford to but if i put down £300 per month and pay her by standing order then it wont get questioned?

As for the phone contract it is in arrears and probably cut off by now! I havent checked as i`ve got a PAYG chip which i`m using. It is in arrears by about £148. Will this be included in my BR or will i still have to pay them?

I haven`t seen anything mentioned on catalogues either, i have a total bill of around £1,900 which i`ve not paid for 3 months. Surely this will be included in my BR?

Shouldnt really...as long as its not too excessive the OR is well aware of ammounts for rent/bills etc...they understand your circumstances and will give you chance to be open and honest & explain "if" needed

Ahh the mobile should be included in your bankruptcy petition as one of your debts then....you wont have to pay the £148 as its wiped out by your BR petition

Most debt is included in bankruptcy apart from student loans and something else I cant for the life of me remember (its been a long day & i've got a fuzzy head!) so put ALL your debt down catalouges as well BUT remember once these are included and wiped by your BR you'll be unable to use them again for anything...
