Do I declare my joint loan

I am in the process of setting up a DMP with cccs and am not sure whether I need to include a joint loan I have with my husband on my list of creditors.
I have a joint account with him also at the same bank as the overdraft I have declared from my own account and cccs have advised me to get my name taken of the joint account.
My husband can continue to make payments to the joint loan so would rather not include it and was just wondering if this was ok to do.

Think you need to talk to CCCS about this.

It is unlikely that the bank will take your name off the joint loan, as this menas they can only chase OH if the debt goes pear shaped.
But if you go on a DMP, with or without this loan included, the fact that you have a joint loan means that your DMP will affect your credit rating and by association OH's, becasue you are financially linked.

You need to sort this out with them.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
