What does this mean in the most detailed of responses??
mean you are no longer bankrupt and can start to build a credit rating again e.t.c..

In laymans terms, yes. If you are granted early discharge, you are discharged - no longer under the restraints of bankruptcy and you are free to try to clear up your credit file (see the sticky at the top of the board here). Your BR will remain on file though for 6 years - that wont be removed, obviously!0
