just been into my local tescos and on the reduced rack were 3 packets of uniross rechargeable aaa 250mah bateries at 1.24 a packet i was told by a tesco worker that they are ending the line in these batterys thats why they are selling them off cheap.

A5 size £0.74 reduced from £2.97.
Smaller size £0.49 reduced from £1.97.
There was a spiral bound notebook in the same style also reduced.

At Tescos this morning they have reduced their cat straws(cat treats) to half price.also some of the worming products reduced to clear

In Tesco Express, Heavitree Road, Exeter, they had Loctite Superglue Gel Control reduced form £2.78 to 69p. This was still at the higher price in the big Exmouth store. They also had pack of 2 thin black marker pens reduced to 19p, but I bought the last pack.

tesco batley have small england footballs now 61p. need blowing up a bit though but will go down well in bran tub at ds1s birthday party! (instead of party bags). slightly larger than the sportsworld/sun ones from a while ago.

watermelons for £1.88 aswell.

Just been to my local store and found that the Tesco value fruit and veg is all at half price. Bought mushrooms, apples, bananas, melon, lettuce, grapes, peppers and oranges very cheaply. Must be a special promotion and great value especially as their value items are so cheap anyway.

Tesco, Burnage, Manchester are selling their England Gazebo's for £4.99, reduced from £17.97. They are 3m x 3m in size.

Don't know whether this is a national offer.

little britain fridge glass/mug cooler with sweets - 62p - I got two of these!

funky friends a4 binder with pad and divders - £4.97 to £1.24
travel pillow/neck rest - 73p
black & red stationary - greatly reduced
pencil cases, various - between 49p-16p
travel guides - £1.14
rough guides - not many but about 4.96p the ones I saw
various pens, pencils sellotape etc from 16p

There are loads of heavily reduced pens in the stationary dept. I got 6 metallic gel pens for only 18p and some Bicsuper smooth gel pens 2 in a pack for only 24pence from £2.00 something
