Someone has asked my a question and i have to admit i dont know the but i said that i bet some one here would know.

I have recently had a letter from my OR saying that they no longer have any interest in my van. This is because i need it for work but what if i wanted to sell it before discharge could i? Or would the OR jump in?

Just wondered if anyone has done this or you can do this as i would think not?

No the OR would not jump in. They have no interest in it - don't care etc. As they have the letter proof that they want nothing to do with it, is great! Keep it - its important.

But. I would guess that if he no longer needed it for work (giving up work) and sold it, then the OR may well re-evaluate their interest in it!

I would guess they want to sell to buy a better model for work? No problem.
