From what has been said on here i am quite worried ?? should we just send everything back when it arrives ? and not take the chance ?

has anyone NOT had any problems with this company ?

so long as you send back what needs paying for promptly, then there should be no problems. But remember proof of posting isn't proof of delivery unless it's signed for. Historically Grolier sent letters out demanding payment and threatening legal action, etc. It's amazing how quickly the debts add up when their admin fees are included...

As I said before, I took up their Disney offer two years ago. Kept the gifts, sent the book back, and had no problems whatsoever. That's why I signed up again (to a different club).

I appreciate that some people had problems with Grolier, but hopefully they're a minority. Fingers crossed!

try finding a telephone number for them, no chance
constantly got invoices after sending trials back
sent them go away letter in the end
too much grief
