                    Hi Everyone.
I finally (after years of messing about no less) did a CCCS debt remedy form. Now although I did over estimate a few things, it turns out that I can barely make ends meet and to pay my creditors at this rate wouldnt happen ie 21 years (before I forgot a few items I hadn't added)
So I am thinking bankrupcy, as my only asset in my house. That is also in negative equity but has a secured loan attached to it.
However the major issue is I work for an offshoot of the government and maintain a (large) budget and purchase card.
Before I let the cat out of the bag and start asking round about it ( ie hr and payroll etc) can anyone give me any idea. Would I loose my job etc?
Cheers

I suppose its always possible but there are a couple of things that you can do.
 1) Speak to HR in confidence and tell them about your situation and they should be able to tell you if BR would effect your job.
 2) If you are part of a Union have a word with them as they would be able to give advice but also point you in the direction of there legal people if they think you need to.
I would hope any company with anything to do with the Government would be fine with this as lets be honest alot of people are facing BR thanks to the Government.:cheesy: K2nga :cheesy:
