LOL, definitely not. The +0.99% offset tracker Im taking out is actually completely fee-free anyway but I did confirm there's only a single fee when discussing the fixed rates.
I think Woby_Tide is probably right, its likely to be an admin issue whereby they pay off each individual mortgage seperately when a new remortgager transfers to them, and for whatever reason they can't / don't want to re-write their back-end software to amalgamate these into one loan.My Excel Mortgage Calculator Spreadsheet: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=11571730
