I've tried the strictly come dancing and both latina-size and latina-tone. The SCD one I find quite hard (but am a lazy !!!!) although it does feel like you have had a proper workout after some of the dances. The latina ones are more toning than mega weight loss - but are quite fun to do.The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0

I like some of the Rosemary Conley dvds. She leads them, but then has a couple of "success stories" in the background working at different levels - so you don't have to keep up with her!
