1. This promotion is open to any UK resident aged 16 or over except the promoter, their agent(s) and their families and expires on 1st September 2008.

3. How to enter: Submit your contact details along with the title and URL (unique registered location) of your blog. No entry can be accepted if all details requested in the form are not provided.

5. The promotion involves a "Bloggers Relief Pack" (containing a stress ball, usb "stress" button, bubble wrap keyring, "Dead Fred" pen holder and a pack of Berocca) which will be dispatched to the address provided by the participant. No cash alternatives are available.
6. One pack will be sent to each of the first two hundred fifty qualifying bloggers that submit their details to http://www.berocca.co.uk/bloggerrelief. In order to qualify, a blogger should have an established blog (that has existed for more than three months) that they make regular posts to (at least once a fortnight).
7. The Promoter does not in any manner warrant any free item which is included in the Bloggers Relief Pack.
8. No notification or correspondence will be entered into, the promotion of a blog may or may not take place and you fully consent to such promotion through entering this competition. In the event that the Promoter, in its discretion, promotes the blog you authorise Bayer to use, promote or reproduce your blog in the promotion and that you will not assert any intellectual property rights including without limitation copyright or moral rights in relation to such usage.
