Applying for first morgage ... please help

I have a meeting tomorrow to apply for first morgage - any words of wisdom as far as what to look out for, what to ask etc (or links to informative websites such as this one) would be soooo appreciated. I am such a rookie but want to try not to look too much like one tomorrow.
