ViHan
I am Self employed with a year's accounts..
Dh is an Agency Class 1 driver
We had debts which we paid off in 2006, there will be CCJ's on our credit file
We had a mortgage from 1997 - 99 which we did not default on. The credit problems came post mortgage.
We are desperate to move - any experts out there can tell us our chances???
Thanks

You will need a bigger deposit , maybe 10% or depending on your credit files a 15-20% deposit.
Get a copy of your credit file before anything else and see what 'bad credit ' is showingI am a Whole of Market Mortgage Adviser
