sounds great is it just opened ? have you a phone number or more exact location ? same side as lighing shop ?

I haven't been in yet but I live nearby and noticed it had changed...it was a cafe called Mojo (or something like that) for a little while. It's on the same side as the lighting shop (is that still open?), near the corner with Grampian Avenue. Yell.com gives the phone no. as 07824 772386

I know the request for a good BYO Indian is an old one but in case anyone is interested, Jasmine in Ballyhackamore is BYO and the food is excellent. It's just across the road from the Point.

I have been to Jasmine twice...the first time was dreadful....slow service and very small portions.......my aunt who was with us wanted something plain, (as she doesnt really eat indian) we asked the waiter and he suggested chicken and chips ( she came as it was a family birthday ) and got chicken nuggets and chips !!!!!!!!!!!!....went again with my husband to try again....awful.....and we both adore indian food.......def would not return to Jasmine......have tried Good Fortune at ballyhack and it was lovely its BYO aslo.

Cant fault the Temple on the andersonstown road beautiful food and lovely atmosphere we've had some great nights in the Temple. Goodfellas is also a favourite of ours we love their pizzas.

That's a shame as we have been lots of times and always had excellent food, adequate portions and decent service.

Mind you, I really wouldn't fault an Indian restaurant for not being able to cater for someone who doesn't like Indian food!

Haven't been to the Good Fortune for some time but it used to be very good, although I seem to recall that the last time we were there the portions were very mean.

My top 3 BYO places in Belfast have already been mentioned.

In no particular order, L'Etoile and Graffitti (both on Ormeau Rd) and Legends pizzeria (on Lisburn Rd)

    All 3 are 10/10 ... enjoy. :T

I love the good Fortune and have been going here for years but they do skim on their portions which is a shame. Food is great tho.

Sole seafood on the Lisburn Road is BYOB, I was impressed with the food and relaxed atmosphere. Been twice now and both times it was very good

We went to a place that I think was called cafe naaz (sp?) which is an indian restaurant I think on the ormeau road. It was BYO but we didn't and I'm not sure if theres corkage. Food was delish!

The polish restaurant on the Creagh road lets you bring your own drink and there is no corkage charge at all.
