Edinburghlass - many thanks for the link - will study it closely!
Shooter - I havent as yet cancelled the PPI and yes I am aware that whatever I get will go towards the final settlement but thats cool as I want to clear it asap.
I havent kept all my ststements but yes I have had a number of charges for late payments etc - no doubt they can send me a back log of statements?
