How to host a girlie reunion?

Okay.............so here goes................at school we were a tight knit group of girlies. Once we left school we kind of drifted apart
, some of us going to uni, some of us working. Some meeting boyfriends, you know how it is.(we are all now 22, so its been almost 6 years)
However, we've all get back in touch on Facebook.
I have messaged everyone and suggested i arrange a little get-together around my house. I have asked everyone to throw some dates at me when they are free at the beginning of November-and i will work around everyones free time. But what do i do once a date is arranged?? When the time comes, what do i lay on? food, drink, music? Do i get out old photos? Or leave the past behind and let everyone chat about what they are doing now? What if we run out of things to say?
I know im having a silly panic but unsure of so many things. What time should i start/finish it?
Thanks in advance

Definitely get out the old photos, but don't force them on people. They are there if people want to look and if you do run out of things to talk about, they are a good back up!
Ask them all to bring a bottle too, you shouldn't be expected to buy drink for everyone. As for food, it's up to you, maybe just let them know there'll be nibbles, crisps and dips, that sort of thing. That way no-one will be expecting dinner!0 -

If you have been close, you will not run out of things to say! So many things will have happened in their lives even in such a short time. I would like to think that most would come with a bottle of wine. Offer nibbles only and let them know thats what will be on offer. If you do buy drink in stick to red and white wine and a few soft drinks. Dont try to cater for those who drink spirits. Time all depends on day of the week and your plans, I would suggest trying for a weekend day when you will be off the next to recover! Start anytime between 7-8 gives people time to have an evening meal to line their stomachs and travelling time to yours. End time will come natuarally it could be the early hours. Most will be absolutly delighted to be getting together, most will be just as nervous as you. It will be fine!0
