  • Hi,

Your housekeeping is high i would say put between £500 - £550 per month, also you might have to include school dinners in this as £120might not be allowed and the OR might say should come out of your household.

£90 for phone is very high put down £50.

The car, as it is on HP the company might take it back once you go bankrupt if there is a cause in the contract.

Hair £30 the OR will allow £10 per adult and £3 per child.

Pet food is a hard one some OR's allow it some say should come out of household, all depends on your OR.
  • I think the £90 for the phone is actually a debt they are paying off, not monthly bills as such. As debts, they would be part of your BR anyway.

Someone else will be along soon with some more help

£500 per month is about the normal figure for 2 adults and 2 children, so here with 2 adults and 4 children £700 probably isn't really that high. I would be inclined to leave it as is, and it would then be up to the OR to decide whether to knock it down.

As there are 6 in the family then the clothing can probably be increased to about £150 -170 ish.

    Prescriptions, dentists, opticians, holidays?

How much will you have coming in when you go bankrupt?
