If you are re-mortgaging then this is ideal. Very competitive rates
2yr tracker +0.98 base rate diff.
3yr tracker +0.74 base rate diff
The link is here for anyone that has a mortagage with nationwide and need to remortgage

BIG THANKS TO Alikay who spotted this but i thought it deserved its own thread. I have a meeting set up with them this afternoon and will advise if I find anything new out, otherwise seems a gud product.

tempting....but the SVR is also competitive + offers possibly greater flexibility?
just my opinion..0 -
Well i went into the branch had my meeting today and there are no hidden fees with what they advertise. I decided to sign up to the 3yr tracker, no fees, tracks at +0.74 base rate diff, if i want to transfer to a fixed rate at any time (with the Nationwide) this is possible without charge.
There is an exit fee at the end of the 3years of £99 if i wanted to go to another mortage provider.
If I want to exit within the 3yrs and move to another provider then this is over £1000. But if they keep coming up with products like this and no res fees why would i want to!
That is money saving as my independant financial adviser failed to spot this one! I wonder why?
I just saved £630 in fees and got a better rate!
Thanks all on this board who post including financial advisers0 -

depends on the terms of service he offered/ who employed him on.. some advisers will not provide information on "direct deals" .. whilst this is not against regulations I think at least they should make it clear.Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0
