Hi all
Can any one help me I have been reading other posts on CCA requests and the most part I underdtand, but I dont understand is the part about the courts taking action to make the company or if all is in order myself pay.
is this a ccj, want happens if the company looses is the record wiped from your credit score.
I have found it so hard to try and get all the information I need in one place it is confusing the hell out of me :eek:
