95% LTV Mortgages (5% Deposit)

It will be very hard to get a 95% LTV deal at the moment, the banks are expecting a massive down turn when the BOE start increasing interest rates.
You might be better off renting and saving for this down turn, as banks are usually historically correct when they start to restrict lending for this anticipation. Sorry for downbeat words...
I've been trying to get a similar deal but now come to the conclusion that not many banks want to lend unless you are willing to pay through the nose.0 -
I've seen the following 95% LTV mortage deals:
- Bank of Ireland - 5.99% Fixed - Fee £799
- Clydesdale Bank - 6.99 Fixed - Fee £599
- Lloyds TSB - Lend a hand - 4.99% Fixed - Fee £995

Any others on the market now? I've read it's freeing up, but can't find where!0
