ifthey have been added incorrectly you have a reasonable chance. if they have been correctly applied then you will just have to wait for 6 years before they fall off naturally.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000

This from the payplan website:What happens if I don't pay the CCJ?
Once a CCJ has been issued, you must continue with the CCJ payments. Failing to make the payments can lead to a number of enforcements being taken such as the issuing of Bailiffs, a "charge" being placed on your property (Charging Order) or the court can have money deducted straight from your wages (Attachment of Earnings Order).

I have a CCJ for £600 from my a debt collection company, this was because on a bank account I had the bank owes me £3200 in CHARGERS tho, which is currently on hold with the courts. Will I be able to get this CCJ took off my credit file?0

I wouldn't have thought so as the two things are separate, also as CCJs are imposed by a court it is unlikely that a bank could remove them even if they wanted to£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)
