Why don't you try making some. Make some mashed potato, gently fry a chopped onion, grate some cheese and combine them together with some seasoning and a pinch of herbs. If it doesn't "bind" very well add a little beaten egg. Damp your hands with water, take a small handful of the mixture and flatten into shape. You can fry them gently in a frying pan with a little oil or bake in the oven. If you want them breadcrumbed, dip in beaten egg first, then breadcrumbs before cooking. You could try asking the same question on the "Old style board" or maybe one of the mods will move it for us! Good luck!
