Mortgage Finance Store- Anyone used them?

Just had a call from someone from 'The Mortgage Finance Store' who are based in Dundee. They have set up meeting to discuss a 'Mortgage Review' with them, and as we are coming to the end of our current deal thought i'd give them a try.
Has anyone used them before? Were they any good etc etc?
Any help would be good, cheers

Hardly cheap - from their website "We may charge a fee of up to 1.5% of the loan amount for arranging your mortgage. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances but a typical fee is £500."
