Not necessaily fair, but that won't really get you anywhere.

I have had my mortgage with oakwood since they took over from Edeus last year and this morning received a letter of repossession order.. I am in arrears but have received no help from oakwood whatsoever.. They sent me a financial councelor to the cost of one hundred ponds plus vat.. He was brilliant but our joy was turned sour when oakwood refused the help for us that he suggested.. I have followed the FSA's guidelines and contacted Oakwood Re Capitolzing the arrears no joy Re going interest only and making an arrangement to pay off the arrears no joy.. So now they have sent me a reposession order... I have lived here for 15yrs and never had such a terrible company they even charged me 25 to send them my house ins papers to check if i was sufficiently insured... I am at a loss now as to what to do.. I'd sell but nothings selling
