I've only recently started applying for freebies too, but have had perfume ones, skin care ones, etc. Maybe I'm just lucky.0

Yeah - as already written, be patient! I have forgotten applying when they arrive cos it can take a while.
I got the urban cricket set from npower (fab), ring sizer, perfume, aftershave, toilet hippo....

At the end of June I applied for a free t-shirt from JVC. I got the following e-mail off them on 30th June -
Thank you for applying for a free T-Shirt.
Your T-shirt will be posted to you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to substitute your requested size with the nearest
available subject to remaining stock.
I'm still waiting!
I know that most freebies don't arrive and when I apply for anything from small businesses that I've never heard of I don't expect to get anything. However JVC are big name with a reputation to protect so I had expected better from them and they've really let themselves down. I suppose the message is BUY SONY!
As Al Murray might say -
SHAME ON YOU JVC!!!!!!!
The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

I second that. I have a seporate email for freebies & sign ups and I never give my real date of birth unless it's something official where I have to.
it really annoys me that companies ask for your DOB just to sign up to an E newsletter or request a brochure. (If I phone for a brochure).
Companies shouldn't really ask for or store information unless they have a good reason for needing it but it just makes life easier to have 2 birthdays.
Mind you shouldn't lie about your age. If the site is drink/gambling related they may have a reason for asking your DOB to check it is legal for you to access that site.0
